No one did, it's the owners of it, they wanna sell it for fast and cheap, and when it gets auctioned it loses price too.
Listen dragon, Wind Dagger , isn't 90-100k, I've got offers over 250k+ , and I'm the only owner and my price is 300k, no one will sell it for 90-100k.
