Shading missing in 1 small area, but a nice level?

Did you apply? iEra needs Levellers (as well as many other things).

Looks great! but I feel like the beds are a bit dull, why not add a logo or something on them?

To add on to this, it feels bare in my opinion.
I don't get the hospital theme/vibe.

Perhaps use more brighter tiles and more NPC's? More could be done around the beds.

You were either rejected (which is funny because they need active dev staff) or your application hasn't even been opened yet (which also wouldn't surprise me).

Mostly using tiles, but NPCs are scripted using Graal Script 2 (GS2). GS or GS1 is extremely outdated and has been obsolete for the better part of a decade

With all due respect, this level was clearly made with quality and care in mind, but I find it odd that the ammunition boxes near the front door are on one side of the makeshift barricade, while the machine gun itself suggests that the shooter would be on the opposite side of said barricade.
