I think its better at 30 minutes or 45 minutes is 10 EC, or even an hour. Getting 40 EC every 2 hours wouldn't really make sense

Chiming in late, but sabers should NEVER be given out, and this whole idea had a good motive, but is not going to do much in the way of promoting basing in the long run. Different requirements to be entered and a unique prize for the winner would be a good start.

How about this. When a player wins the raffle, they get a one week trial of whatever weapon they win. That way, it's still giving back to the players, yet not pissing us all off. Also, I hope this raffle thing doesn't happen every day (maybe once a month) because you pretty much need 20 people to hold a base.

They pretty much give ec out for free? Achievements, ec uploads, and literally the "here have a free ec since your on" pm. Not to mention chance events. It's not a good thing this was added. How would you like it, if you spent all your time collecting rares or whatever you do, than someone wins a raffle and has the exact same things as you for doing nothing at all.
I suggest all gangs that are strong to hold a base zone with many members and not let anyone flag rush or lag in to get it just to enter lucky draw.

Just because people don't like certain items in the list doesn't mean they shouldn't be there. I reduced the chance of sabres as the list (as you can see) had a lot in. Look at it this way

I suggested 1 saber, and then if the saber gets choosen and someone wins, it will add a random saber to there acc, same thing goes for double, i think you said this couldn't be done right?

What is the difference between the most recent list of probabilities (Post #150) and the list that contains two of each type of saber (Post #149)? The most recent list clearly has less items, but each item has a lower probability instead of a higher one (changes from 3.44 to 2.85). Which one is the one currently being used?
Also, in the most recent list, the blue lightsaber has a 2.85% followed by a 28.57%, unlike the other items which have a 2.58% followed by another 2.58%.

Well done to snk who figured out a better way to do things then to just remove every saber.
This lucky draw prize got 100ec item will be great for player who lazy earn EC and wish to get 100ec item but unfair for who got 100ec item earn EC by work hard... After they won the 100ec item by easy keep showoff they better b'cos lower online time and got 100ec item...
