Are they ever gonna hire a new US or Aus/Asia SPR or US PRA, I vote US SPR to be Emi and PRA to be Mish, and Aus/Asia SPR to be Casey, I know everyone agrees.

dont think there will be a US PRA for a while, cos first you have to learn the SPR stuff and then the PRA stuff. Jumping straight from PR to PRA is gonna be a lot.

Mr. White was SPR for a few days then jumped to PRA, and Mish would actually be pretty good for it I think, 1l+ in staff hours total of her 3 staff accounts and has been staff since 2012 off and on.

SPR and PRA are practically the same thing, except PRAs get the final word on everything. They have the same powers in-game - just not the same authority.

Move Junz to Player Relations Manager, because Ser logs on about once a year before going MIA or at the very least, make him the Player Relations Co-manager.
Move Joud to Europe PRA.
Move possibly Casey or HammerTime (why not both?) to AUS/Asia SPR, although probably Casey as he's had more experience.
Move Niteprfire to EU SPR.
Leslie and Failure or Leslie and JCT moved to American (Murica) SPR .

~Position Movements based on who's being here for extended periods of time. I don't stalk their activity time nor monitor their work ethic so obviously this would be taken into account.

I'm against Niteprfire getting promo'd to SPR. I know he's been here for quite a while... but let's just say for reasons... Just putting my 2 cents out there. :)
