That’s kinda stupid... Chris was spr and said spr and pra are the same roles but different authority. With proper teachings by other high staff members like junz or hw it can easily be taught within a couple days.

Junz and Cally are the epitome of people who do know literally all of the know-hows of the game.

Cally's been around for awhile (on and off for a few years) and Junz has literally played Era from the start.

If it’s so unfair to make a pr a pra why don’t you guys take a poll where can answer if you want to be a pra? That way it can eliminate the people who don’t want the position

Well, a PR needs to be promoted to PRA, best qualified and most experienced should be picked, and it should be picked rather than later imo. Promotions occur in real life as well, so it's not something unusual. Most experienced and best qualified EZ PZ

Believe it or not, not everybody would say "Yes". So much responsibility and commitment is required in being a Player Relations Admin, you can't just go ignore your duty and pull a Ser. The time and effort you'd have to put in fulfilling your duties as a PRA > that for a PR.

im sure that management would have someone in mind. not sure why no one has been promoted as of yet there are several suitable candidates.
having two SPRs temporarily reporting to a PRA would be good if we had an active PRA.
