I hope Sir Frost Zenon will be promote to be an SPR in asia/au server. He is very active and fits to be SPR.
Which is why SPR is the focus right now. PRA is much different than you seem to think, requiring much more dedication and knowledge, and it is unfair to turn a PR into a position that much higher.

Well, I don't see the need as of right now; Junz is on top of everything, right now SPR should be the focus. I don't really think any of our current PRs are ready for PRA. That's almost impossible unless they've been there an very long time, which not really any of them have (consistently). Activeness and activity (and inconsistencies within both) have a lot to do with it as well.
We should keep this thread on topic.
The staff team will do as it sees appropriate, but as for right now there really isn’t a need for a PRA for the US. Let what happens happen, I guarantee you a lot of thought goes into these matters, and there’s always more justification than almost all people know to what’s done with these things.

Ok they just dont want any US high staff although people are qualified and Junz and Cally went straight to PRA, saying it's not fair isn't really true because they did it either way and look Junz is doing amazing. Anyways I guess they want Junz to do more work, at this point if they want him to resign soon from being overworked that's their problem. So let's not make me press this thread 8 times a day for no updates to the list.
Right now, Junz and Cally are taking charge of the American PR team. They will select who to promote and when to promote when they feel like they’ve found someone who fulfills all qualifications and it becomes necessary to promote someone. Until then, if you have any problems with any American PR or need information about the American PR team, contact one of them.
I think you mean Junz is running it, as Cally's pretty inactive. She doesn't have a total of 1k staff hours even after being staff for years. And I know RC exist. But they also have to be on the staff account sometimes to look at things. But I guess if they want to run it they can.

For American PRA, I would go for JCT. She has been staff for 3 years nearly on and off and has racked up almost 2k staff hours in total (1k on her current staff account) so it would only make sense for someone who has lived and worked through years as a PR, problem is she is 15 I believe. Which is a little young considering the position but that’s the closest you can get.
Just promote Grant it’s that simple
