I will be handling the running of the forums with Tricky and answering the support tickets from now on.
There was an excessive number of tickets unanswered when i logged into the email (600+) - I will be going through these over the next few days starting from the earliest ones that haven't been dealt with (from the 10th of April)- Please be patient as we work through the backlog of support tickets.
My hope is, once we've cleaned everything up in the email- we should have response times down to a couple of days per support ticket.
