Great improvement. I see a few very common mistakes(good thing they're not very noticable either), which can easily be fixed.

You get better at each post but the last one not very good. The first post horrible but the the city exterior building levels are amazing if I could fix your error it could be amazing some levels too symmetrical..

when making the interior level for the house
something went wrong with the transparent.

So I've obviously circled your common errors here. As you can tell, there's a wall sticking out without the upper outline of the room doing the same. The only way this would/could make sense is if those were sloped which I doubt. Along with the squares all over, if you extent the upper part of those tiles, you may want to do the same.

But other than this, it's definitely quite a nice level :)
