I am not positive why we don't have a listing in game but I'm sure one of the reasons is because of the spam. We cannot effectively respond to all of the pms as it is due to all of the "hi", "doll, hat, ec, events, etc" pms. Honestly, you should not really need to pm staff in-game as there are Feedback and Report options available that should be used. In the rare instance, if you have an urgent issue maybe but outside of that there are many venues to reach staff including these forums.
Regarding those of us who have the "ios account" note in our status, that just means that it is our ios personal account, not our pc staff account. And, for most staff that means they are simply online as players and have no staff powers so messaging them regarding staff issues on that account is not really productive. Only high staff, department heads, development staff, and Senior Player Relations staff have staff powers on their ios accounts; however, it is limited compared to pc staff accounts and if they do not have the gold tag displayed you should assume they are not currently working as staff but as a player - the same as yourself.
