I'll help you out in 2 ways Myst, first way isn't accurate.
1.Singapore(xCloudx and all of xJudgementx) is GMT+8. Australia is GMT+10. So it means it'll be 12 in the afternoon for you.
2.As Australia is a big country, I'm going to help you calculate the exact time difference, on my screen(GMT+8: exactly), your post was posted on 10:33 PM, so calculate the time at your area and that's the time difference.
The competiton starts at 10AM(GMT+8) so just add the time difference to the 10AM and get the exact time at your area :)
