yes, but you have to think about that you will die automatically while they will only be partially damaged and plus, when you respawn you have a glory time of running worth 2 seconds the moment you respawn. So if I was blown up by a bomber, we would both die and he would be able to damage me because of the glory timer, within the 2 seconds I would be able to run back into the doors.

+ You arent basing, you are just damaging players who are respawning and ruining your KD, so there isnt really a positive to this, because players can heal up instantly.

Wonder why so much hate on this. It's an amazing idea.

I think it is as well, but it may cause some unwanted problems considering that a bomb vest that kills yourself is a controversial weapon.

Heehee it's fine, I deal with controversial stuff all the time. Best way to deal with controversial subjects is to stay neutral about it, that way both sides appeal to you. :)

I like Zegshock's idea, make it comic violence rather than a suicide vest...

This is one of the most disgusting thing iv ever seen posted for iera. The thought that a kid would even think about developing an explosive vest is unbelievable. I know this is a game about shooting people, but explosive vests just promote terrorism. Like its not like you are telling everyone its so boss, but we shouldnt even have to think about terrorism, extremists, suicide when playing a damn 2d shooter. The graphics for the vest suck anyways.

This kinda ruined my day. Should flag this damn thread.

Really don't understand how explosive vests promote terrorism, stereotypes have fed you guys well i guess.

If you guys are so sensitive over items, why not remove the ak-47 in game? that gun is used most of the time during war times and it's the most common gun terrorists use(<- stereotype right there)

we wouldn't want the kids to learn too much about violence :(

Your arguement is pathetic and invalid.

Proximity mines, sure terrorists use mines and stuff. But that does not have the effect of one of the same extremists taking their own life so that others can suffer. Theres a major difference.

And this has nothing to do with stereo types. This is about reality. The reality is is that terrorism is more phychological than normal warefare. Its about putting fear and all sorts of feelings that are not necessary whatsoever. Normal warefare you have conflicts and sadness, but then when you got some person blowing up innocent people to drive people away and whatnot, thats completely different. Someone was so desperate that they took their own life, to do harm to others. And in more than the majority of cases, its innocent people.

So yeah, bomb vests would just influence the gameplay negatively. If you want to fool around with bomb vests, just know the Best of people would dissaprove.
