That idea is to add a percentage to bullet damage. For example, say a gun did 10 damage default, there would be a 20-35% chance for the bullet to do 9 damage, so it is not a guaranteed 5 shot kill, but it still has the potential to be.

This would make those stronger guns more balanced as whilst its effectiveness would still rely on skill, it would give the opponent a better chance as the bullet might not always do the highest amount of damage so they could end up surviving one hit longer.

But yea that's pretty much it, if this was ever to be implemented it would only be for higher damaged guns, for low damage guns 1 damage less or more can make a pretty big difference so probably wouldn't be the best to have that.

The whole point of our more expensive guns is that they are better. How tf are you allowed to change gun stats (sometimes making them basically usless/unusable) after people have spent real money on them making it so they then feel a need to spend more money for the new gun. E.g. P2Ks are 100k each and 100k kills. They should be better than bar/mini. They have been messed around with so much they are pretty much usless unless against much lower guns.

Because even though the stats are nerfed their stats are still better than the other guns. Don't know why that's so hard to understand. The reason for the nerfs that I stated on the first page was because certain guns were given excessively high stats for their price, making them stronger than they even needed to be, to be worth their price
