There's not really a difference if your goal only remains to see how much you can benefit yourself. Giving gifts isn't really "giving" if you're forcing it or if you're only in it to benefit yourself.

Nothing much can be done since that's what people desire.
In every RPG game, there'll always be a few who spend loads of money just to purchase something for 'beneficial purposes' unless something were to be done that prevents p2w from occurring.

I just want the truth about the probability. And i want everyone to know what it is. Maybe less presents will be bought if people knew that the chance of a gun from presents is actually next to nothing. I dont want people to learn the hard way like i did.

the probability of earning ecs through events is still greater than the probability of earning ecs through presents.
