They don't anymore!!!! Woot it's so fun!

This area of Tachi no longer kicks players if the gang base is taken over. It was quite laggy... so I just removed it. If you want it back, let me know and I'll re-script it. No one goes up there, so there was no point in lagging it.

Changed generation of objects: (higher spawn rate)
Ammo was 140, now 200.
Trash was 150, now 200.
Mushrooms was 20, now 23. (These don't every destroy so I didn't do them much)

The only problem with not kicking is that a gang might run up there when they are about to lose the base. Good updates though.

That's what I was thinking. Every time I base at Tachi, someone either runs from that and tries to take the base or someone runs to it trying to get up there.
