think about the theme before you make it and what can show the theme for example summer -> crabs then you can think how will you make it as a weapon for example crab claw if you cant make what you thinking about a weapon try to get different idea and when you got idea made it as soon as you can

I feel maybe the colors on some are too saturated? Specially on the candy bar. But I like everything :)
Also the podium has a bit of the wrong perspective. We are looking at it from above/side, so you would be able to see part of the top.

if those are for the contest i think the theme was more of magic like in movies and stuff not magicians " magic " i dont think it will fit right anyways the glove dont look like a real glove looks very simple and honestly would not know what it is if you would not say try to be more free with the glove design making each finger different and getting good realistic hand design
anyways i see sometimes you are using dark shades that are too dark for example the magic sticks hat some parts of the beanie and in the cap the bright is too bright and the dark is too dark also the shading there dont seem to show good shape just gets brighter above in a flat shape by the way i think all of the design of the cap should change to look more like a cap the green thing seems too small and the way it goes with the pumpkin with that design of the pumpkin looks weird and in the side views the green thing dont look like the front view too good
