Obviously scamming is still a major problem even with the trade tables, it may not be as frequent but it still happens. No.
Praising the profiting side of scamming isn't much of a help. Tbh I think most staff who were active at those times are really reliefed and Happy they don't have to deal with droppings anymore. And the more experienced players might be positive about this concept but the real victims will be the newbies.
All I got to say about dropping coming back is the 'Umbrella Game" that used to be so much fun:p

That's a good way to think of it. Most don't want dropping for trading, but as a source of selling things that aren't worth getting a trade table. Such as hot dogs, hamburgers, and ammo. It could also be used for donations and shells could be dropped for a fee for a taxi or fashion show for a prize.
