To be completely honest I as an American feel completely disgraced by whats happened here tonight. While I dislike both Trump and Hillary I feel as if America has taken a course where the only possible outcome is one with an even more divided nation than it is now. It dissapoints me that there are so many people out there who would support such a backwards minded candidate, one with a loud mouth, foul humor, and condescending attitude. His treatment towards women is deplorable and disgusting to say the least, and his policy plans (if he even has any) are sure to run this country into the ground.

I am not saying that people who voted for Trump are imbeciles, or dumb, or even bad people. In fact I fully support a persons right to choose who they wish to represent them. But to me what scares me the most is the hateful chants and disgusting behavior that is almost promoted during his rallies, the chants of "Lock Her Up" and so on and so forth are not only extremely disrespectful but ignorant in nature. His use of threats and his promotion of fear is exactly what Hitler and many other authoritarian leaders of the past have done. They lead a nation with their core principals being fed off of anger, hatred, racism, and fear. The way he targets immigrants and people of the islamic religion is truly frightening and disgusting, and to be perfectly honest if anything this election has not only shown how divided we are as a nation, but also how we have lost our sense of humanity. We use these people as our scapegoats to our problems without the realization of the fact that they are people just like us. I feel like as a nation we fail to realize how greatly this outcome will effect thousands upon thousands of families, and millions of people as well.

I like how people are forgetting that Trump and Hilary weren't the only options.

Don't forget the Liberations and the Greens.

Yes of course, but no one would vote for them because Hillary is a more popular candidate and had a more likely chance to defeat Trump. Republicans wouldnt vote for either and voting for the other two candidates as a democrat would only hurt her chances of beating Trump.
