The snowman looks good although I don't quite get the bottom shading on the side views, why does the santa hat have so many bumps? It looks weird but nice colors man.

looks amazing, but you need to add more sprites so that the handle looks like it's turning.

you turn the handle, then the jack pops up. Wouldn't make sense to turn the handle when the jack of the box is popped out already.

I understand that, but I don't see a sprite where the handle is turning. There's no way the jack can pop out if the handle isn't turning xD Plus when if it gets ganid it'll look weird since there's no handle turning sprites, it'll just be stiff and the jack will pop out. Not to mention you'd also need more sprites showing the santa/deer/snowman sprites slowly coming out of the box because it'll look like it all of a sudden appeared out of the box. It wouldn't have a smooth animation coming out of the box, it'll just appear. I mean it is your gfx, I'm only offering CC.

Positive attitude is a good thing, if everybody gave negative attitude to the quality of their work nobody would have talent or professions because they won't enjoy it, but your right being too cocky can be a bad thing.

Thats a good point about the jack in the box. Instead of them wasting their time though what they could do is make the spring act like one. Instead of left and right it should stretch and then go back down. Instead of just popping up. This could give the same effect and keep it simple at the same time. Make it go from 3 springs to 2 and then back to 3. Or make the 3 springs closer together. Whatever it takes but it looks great they should add a springy effect to it however

you do realize Im a GFX artist not a Gani artist. That gif animation was just a demo. If you want it to sway left and right and get bigger and small and bounce like a real life one, tell the gani artists that. Also, i highly doubt the gani artists will try to make the damn pixel toy mimic real life natural law of physics 9 times for a jack in the box toy.....

this is pretty much the extent of the animation. sorry it doesn't obey the natural laws of physics in real life.
also I have included the springs and the heads of the creatures so the gani artists could make it "sway" or "act more like a spring" if they wanted to. again, im the gfx artist, not the gani artist...

This needs a lot of improvement. The color choice is awkward for the ball and the shape of the handle looks so weird. Make the colors mix with each other and don't revert to white as your shine color. That makes it stale also the shape of the ball is jagged.
