You might also got disappointed when the promise release date didn't happen. They understand it, they didn't even see it coming that they had to fire scripters for some reason or some of the scripters resigned.
You ever thought why they lacking scripters? I see it goes well for all other servers except iera... Maybe some issue they have over there
