What you mean "own made userbars"? And in fact, iBliss is also using one of the userbar maker in google.

That tool is pretty broken last time I checked / tried to use it. Plus it is very limited in what you can do with it. I am working on new styles and layouts that people can use and stuff.

I don't use any userbar maker in google if you wish for me to make a video tutorial I can :)

words: D12* ( located on left )
image: a noob image holding a M4
effect: have you seen Ventus effect ? is like a lighting, well could you give me that effect? coming from left to right

Ventus' is an EKG bar that I had setup to make his player come into color, I would need a better description of what you are asking for.

What tool do you use in making the userbars???

Photoshop. Online tools are limited, don't jump to conclusions when you can't provide evidence CX

another way to explain you:
- Color(s) - Black to Red ( left to right )
- Font - the font you use
- Text 1 (Left Side) / Or An Image - D12*
- Text 2 (Right Side) - in right side I want an image

And EKG bar effect, left to right
