Cause the only ones able to recieve these items are the itunes credit card spammers like NJK who just go on a noob account and gift themselves 500 presents. Thus the rich kids get richer. It would be incredibly stupid to make the present items tradeable.

No. I voted because for it because it looks awesome and has a really cool animation. Not everyone has voted for it just to become tradeable.
