i draw a outline with my tablet

then set the outline layer Transparency to 50%

use path tool to re draw the outline

use light tool and burn tool to make the hight and shadow

make ur skin has light and dark side

lets open a new layer and fill up with eye color

uselight tool, mode:middle to make eyes high-light

use burn tool.mode:middle make eye dark part

use burn tool. mode:light to make eye darkest part

use smudge tool to make eye details

open a new layer up on the eye then draw 2 little cuit whit point as hight light:o

next part is hair-my favorite part:) open a new layer and fill up with ur hair color

use burn tool. mode: middle to make deep part

use smudge tool make hair flow:)
