Read their gang news. It's only allowed for members like them to get to change it.
Obviously, 15k hours of basing.

yes it's in members only room of ebizou, it costs $10, but you have to be in ebizou base

Ebizou Base are just using basers to gain hours so when they finish basing...they will kick now

Supposed to be for ebi members only but due to the fact that once you buy it, you keep it, a large number of non ebi members have it.

People like you ruined the gang skin. It was a nice idea of ebi members only but everyone is trying to join to take the skin, defeats the purpose of it being a gang reward.
