I agree. I takes forever to legit work for something as expensive as a BAR.
They should slightly increase the sell price of shells and other sellables gained from jobs
If they raise them people will download and start playing which means the company will win more money.

But in all reality Jou, If jobs paid more I am afraid everyone will have a bar and everyone will have minigun and other such things. It is fine the way it is.
Getting a bar should take a month or more. You will be very grateful you will have it after all that hard work. Comparing it to if you worked 10 days and got bar sounds like a terrible way to 'improve' the game.
