Ban Timer

So I was banned for Hacking and Tampering files and the so called "Zoom System". Idk how I just logged in and insta ban so don't ask why. Ik its dumb already. So its been about 11 hours and the ban timer has only gone down by 2 hours out of the 24. I have a day streak of 345+ days and I don't want to loose it due to some bull cral reason of just logging in and getting insta banned. I don't have a pc or anything special to hack and all that crap. Do I have to have the app on for 22 hours? I have school and stuff too plus will my Day streak be intact?

I've never hacked. Never got the supposed 2 warnings. Never have I ever been jailed before. And if using my school wifi counts as hacking then I know 3 others who should be banned but aren't. And I still have the question if I should leave my app open as the time doesn't go down.

Ya leave it open and if u go off for 24 ur day streak will reset

I'm banned so I can't fully log into my account. So you have to leave the device open for 24 hours to un-ban youself? That's abit over doing it don't cha think?

The https://www.era-go.com/forum/announcement.php?f=72 doesn't refer to how the ban could effect daily log ins and if I should leave the app open. And already sent a ticket *multiple*, I would at least like one reply even if it says "Please stop." so at least ik its been looked at once.
