To all the people who want to become an admin.
Alright so first off please read this thread before you embarrass yourself making a thread wanting to become an admin, it'll only lower your chances so please don't do it.
If you're actually interested in working for iEra please ask yourself "Why?" what makes you so significant. "Is this really the path you want to take?" Being a Pr takes effort for some, and for others it takes no effort at all. I've been a pr twice. Hired then fired, then hired again then fired again. What did I do to get rehired? Motivation. Stay motivated, I was back at square one when I was fired but I was promised that if kept up my great attitude and didn't become psychotic I could come back to the team. What you need to do is become more self confident and accept your mistakes (if you have any warnings). Do go around start saying "Answering graal questions" just act professional and make others notice you without the need of asking for attention. If there is one thing I hate more than noobs it noobs who want the attention for leadership.
Era-go is a great place to get in touch with the community. In fact most people who sign up for Era-go do it because they want to become and admin. If there is a thread that is asking a question, answer it and move on. Being a mini-mod is stupid and annoying. Yeah make sure people are following the rules but don't make others look stupid when you pull out the rule book, kinda just a rude way of saying I told you so.
Oh yeah one more thing, Don't be a wannabe ;).
