How do you join Ebezou base?
One of the members has to recruit you, but you need a certain amount of kills to join. I don't think they're recruiting
You join gangs by the members in it, but they must have recruiting powers. Some gangs in order to join you must meet their requirements :p

Well...I'm sure chances are pretty high to be recruited temporarily for the sake of the current basing session. With any gang I usually just enter base peacefully, try to help defend a little within eyesight of leaders n such, and just ask for rec.
Getting a perm spot will take at least a week of loyal and responsible basing (Ex. listen to superiors, don't slack), getting kicked when offline and asking for rec again. Eventually you'll either be offered the spot or you may ask a high ranked leader for it when the gang isn't too busy (Ex. in the middle of defending base from an attack). If they feel that you deserve it then you'll get it. Rank isn't given automatically and really should be earned.
