Has the hype train arrived?
ohhh yes. The fallout games are my favorite.
New California Republic
Looks like fun.
ever since the disappointment i felt when fallout 4 released, i'm not getting my hopes up for this one. they're taking everything that i didnt like in the fallout 4 game, making an entire game of it AND adding multiplayer. i'm not that excited for it tbh. i'll wait for reviews to drop, then pick it up when it goes on sale maybe.
there's a lot of talk about how huge the map is going to be, but that doesn't mean much if it's just completely barren and takes me upwards of 15+ minutes to get anywhere. and i'm kind of tired of online games. if i go into this game and im getting griefed constantly it's going to be a pain in the ***.
I hope it turns out to be like Rust or Ark, build a base with your buddies and raid others in a free roam world.
Why hate the multiplayer? Bethesda specifically advertised the capability of playing solo so there's no harm there
Also I'm hyped too, I just gotta figure out where to get 60$ from
I'm 100% sure. I watched the conference as well. There will be private servers that you'll be able to play alone on but they're not going to be adding those until later on. As of right now, at launch you will not be able to play on a server by yourself. You will HAVE to play with other people on the same server as you. But whether or not you associate with them is up to you.
Tried getting interested in Bethesda RPGs but I never seem to get invested in them. I know a new Fallout game is a big deal but I'm more hyped for Doom Eternal
I tried getting into fallout by playing the 4th but idk why I couldn’t play more than 2 hrs  maybe i will try again some other day

Country roads...
Not this fallout, without NPCs and having a heavy emphasis on multiplayer Ill probably wait for it to go on sale, seeing how gtao is It will be full of a lot of griefers and if it's multiplayer only and always requires online Ill probably just pass on it.
