Add a new base to help newer gangs

As stated in the title, i think a new base should be added. These bases would restrict gangs who have over 1k or 2k hours from holding them and give a chance to the smaller gangs. Capturing and actually holding a base nowadays is awfully difficult as the bases across era have been divided between the big names. zx ownes box factory zone, GPN ownes both Gangster and Tachi, NBK owns Lethal, Embro owns Mafia, Darkside owns BBZ, Obsidian owns PZ, Region owns Neo, and Godelic owns Guerre. The only base that isnt completely dominated is probably Blackholst. What i propose it to create a base that would pit smaller and newer gangs against each other. Maybe this base would earn hours half as slowly. What are your thoughts about this?

Pretty good idea, perhaps they could make a base where only MPX gun can be used, if they cant do what you said.

Anyway, they could add a little island, and that could be the base.

Newer gangs can't do much, because they need to be strong in artillery and (wo)men-power.
Hence why noobs don't like to base, because it's impossible for them to even step inside the flag room.

It can be a good idea but if a gang with 700 hours is basing it wouldn't be very easy for a gang with less than 100 hours to compete against them unless they have more basers in their gang or if there is a base for gangs with 0-100 hours, 101-200 hours, 201-300 hours and so on.

hmmm you do have a point. Gangs like GAZA and The Professionals are decent at holding and taking a base from them is pretty challenging. A system could be:<100, <500, <1000, <1500 and the gang would have to go against the big names for their last 500 hours

But wouldn't that push big gangs to create allied gangs and put that tag when basing on that base?

That's a very good point. Though honestly that would be a very asshole move.

I mean I get your point but there are A LOT of new gangs in those hours. Don't you think that too many new gangs would go to that specific base? They would have to make more than one for this to happen. 2 or 3 at most.

I would like it if it happend, no matter what base but I gotta admit i hate neo, no, not because you get spawned on a 100 KM away from the base itself but because the base inside is so freaking boring and its so gray and its so old.

A base for only 500 hours or lower gangs can base at? heheheh

Doubt it would really work in reality. If it was a base primarily for newer gangs, then what stops one of the main gangs to create a new gang that is an ally, and then just base at the 500 hour base and control it for a relatively uncontested 500 hours before the next gang does the same.
Nothing stopping gangs from recruiting people from the main gangs, or players with strong guns which would defeat the purpose.

Having a base that you can only use the mpx gun in wouldn't work either as say a gang manages to get 500 hours then when they have to base in the normal bases where there is no even advantage they will be in the same situation as they were at 0 hours where they can't compete with those gangs with better guns.

New gang rewards kept being added (which I was against) which gives more things for those high up gangs (20k+ hours) to keep basing towards. Then add a player hour limit/kill limit?

Aka, only people with 99k kills and below can enter the 500 hour base

I really wish something like this could be implemented, however, Bitzsam's post did have quite a few points as to why this may never work.

No, gangs will simply make other tags and continuing piling up rewards. Gangs such as Obsidian, Darkside and NBK will just keep farming rewards, as they will hold their home bases for years to come. Nobody wants to take their base (war them) cause against established gangs like those you won't win. Rewards have nothing to do with it, and either way people will find loopholes

Well, region is currently against Obsidian, so basically, if you build up a strong gang and team up with region, you can take over PZ and neo.

Now i know that itll take time, but theres this one gang, the allie of the gang Gold. The leader was W.W, look at the gang, theres lots of professional players. I think they can atleast make Obsidian buy a shelter.

Also, NBK is one of the trash gangs who have respect.

If they didnt have respect, they are trash, they would end up like BDGX, hell, BDGX needs a shelter that has a bunker in it.

I like the idea, but it has to be worked around with a lot of contingencies in place in order for it to function well, therefore I don't see it working efficiently. This new base can't exactly stop older players from not taking it, even if it did, you'd still have someone holding the base primarily for a long amount of time and passing it on to a gang that's close, like the current basing system. It's just the way it works, I guess.

You just need to break the alliances then everything falls.

im pretty sure neo is based off of one of the old bases on playerworld era.

That's pretty much the idea of what the Neo Base was supposed to be.
Personally, I love Neo, only because it's understandable what they tried to do inside, spawning away gives time to the next gang owners to prepare and the large areas allow for a lot of climactic fighting.

Basing back in 2011-2013 was the best imo.

Noooo the problem with basing is the gangs who currently have the bases dont want new gangs basing so a new base would mean they all attack it and split it amongst themselves, some would argue that its because they're superior but how is getting 5 gangs against 1 newer gang acting superior?

That's so true. I am a baser and I'd love if new gangs have their own base. I usually help Godelic (I want to apply for official member) and they dominate Guerre and we just let guerre some hours for Unspoken because we're helping them to reach 2k hours. But when we're basing we are always raiding new gangs and that happens in every base specially in BBZ and PZ. So I think it'd be a great idea.

We could make a base that would accept 5 players per gang to have them allowed to attack a base where allies wont count as members and wont give them friendly fire advantage and all gangs that are going to enter the area would require atleast 5 members to enter a small area then they would be transported to the inside of the base where they would be given a fair 5 versus 5 stand off and we could have a limitless amount of gangs enter as long they have 5 members per roster this way we would avoid outnumbering member type of situation

Maybe you've all forgotten, Just because they are small doesnt mean they cant take. I recruited a lot of newbs and we stole away bh from darkside,That was until they brought allies.

The only reason godelic keeps is because they're buddy buddy, if i wasn't friends with them, they'd have a lot of raiding parties.

The only problem with this (and basing is general) are that 'older' gangs are often the most superior. Even when a new base is added, it will take around 2 days for gangs to war each other and designate the times for each gang. It is almost impossible nowadays to start A basing gang without having connections to more superior gangs and it's leaders. So basically there can't be totally 'new' gangs anymore, it's just another branch of superior gangs.

Yeah, they made Neo an MPX only base for one day. Then they did a poll or something at the end of day and asked ppl and most people voted against MPX only Neo .-. Sucks because Neo was actually really fun with only MPX gun.

I wish that would be brought again or a totally new base with only MPX gun allowed would be cool.
