Uh P0kachu, it's a guy. Plus, Mihaly is new to the staff team, of course he's going to struggle for a few days, it's only natural to make mistakes when you start a new job.
He's talking about today, he just hosted events for the first time I think. So it will take some time for him to learn all the commands and such.
Well of course he's bound to make mistakes OreOs, he just started. I don't see why players like giving new staff a hard time calling them noobs and such, it's just disappointing to me when I see that.
It shows how much the community does need these new PRs. :P To handle these types of situations. Think of it as a scenario for you application... "Your a new PR, how would you handle people harassing you, while you are learning the basics."
I answered to players harassing me, I stated that I do not care if it's towards me.

It's either anime, or it's a doll custom. Seen many doll customs around Era lately, could be that, but I may be wrong.

Yeah of course, it's worse than ever to be honest. Ask Jeni I know that she specifically is appalled by the amount of harassment. I had people telling me they hate me all the time as a PR. It's pretty bad and I feel bad for the PR's especially since they volunteer time to make the game better for everyone...Quote:

Yes as much as I love the game and most of the community, there are a handful of players that can be downright vicious. They personally attack who you are, call you names, and spew vulgarity at you via PM or in public chat. Currently some red bear guy is actively harassing me calling me lesbian, I suck, and who knows what else. I have no idea who he is, but his parents must be proud. When I was a PR, I hosted events faithfully everyday, did Facebook EC, gave dolls and statues to every request...finally the rudeness of some players started affecting me personally. I really became sad about it not understanding how I could put in so many hours and work tirelessly for them and yet they were just downright cruel. I never even as much thought those nasty things about another human being. Eventually, I stopped doing events all together. I notice where almost all PRs would gladly accommodate players by hosting events daily for them, now most avoid it like the plague honestly. Thankfully my role evolved to managing the forums primarily and other offline work, this saved me as a staff member because if I had stayed a PR, I am quite positive I would have left all together by now. Now you see me rarely online and if I am, I frequently disallow PMs. I do this because I am mostly working on offline items or forum follow-up things but it also does shield me from some of that negativity and nonsense. While I am able to avoid those nasty in-game comments, I still get to deal with a handful of rude emails or posts on Graalians bashing me.Quote:

Yes he is the main one, I have seen all his hate toward me thru his Graalians posts. Awww thanks Oreos, but wasn't trying to derail the thread and make it about me at all. I just think some players view staff as this glamorous role and I want to be real and share that while it can be fun and rewarding, there are some non-pleasant aspects that the applicants should be prepared to deal with.
