I know Player a relations reviews reports and approves uploads but how do they do that?
Also, to access Era as a PR do we do this by laptop or can we do this on device?

They work what you said "review reports and approves guild logos, custom uploads. As I know I think they have a gui tab in a side which you pr can browse reports or anything. Some staff options are: Hosting Events, Spar, Pk and Auctions. To have access in iEra as a PR you must have a laptop...For an device (As I know), If your computer is broken and you still want to continue your job. I guess they will give you access to it.

I also have a question: Do we use PC era or is there a new server that we need to download to get onto iEra?

Player Relations check uploads by clicking on an image under the map icon. (Common way)
To check reports, it's located in their staff tool bar. (Bottom of screen.)
They can pretty much do whatever they want depending on his/her rights. New PR's are limited. Usually having boots, drag, tag, .. simple tools.
If you're a PR that has experience in other fields, you may be given rights in that area. Example: You're good with graphics and Snk or the GFXA may give you file rights to upload your pieces.

PC Era is a completely different server with different staff than on iOS. However, some iOS Staff work on PC Era too.
The server for iEra is called Era iPhone.
I have no idea why a lot of you call Era, "PC Era." Lol, it's just Era, and the server we play on is Era iPhone.
