I had been with my friend that plays Facebook Era, he had been very inactive from about 4 month because Facebook Era won't work anymore
He can't access to GraalOnline Era in Facebook, he says that GraalOnline Era from Facebook is broken and the worst thing is this:
He had posted on Letter of Staff this Issue - No Response
He had Emailed Snk - No Response
He had Messaged Snk and Jeni - No Response
He had made a thread about this - Thread was Closed without an answer.
so please check out Era Facebook something is going bad and my friend can't play anymore, search hem in forums he's called: Tony Tetris
AND please don't close this thread
It might be a problem with his PC or something of that sort. Facebook runs fine for me.

Your friend should try clearing cache and cookies. This will differ between which web browser he uses but it's usually in toolbar >internet > internet options > clear data or clear cache and cookies
If that doesn't work it could be that his flash player is out of date. Make sure that he checks he has the latest version of Flash Player. This could be the reason why Graal FB won't load.
Graal Facebook is loading fine for me. Is it not loading or can't he access his account?

Just an update on this:
This may not apply to everybody but, I just discovered if you have Graal FB blocked from your apps it still lets you visit it but the screen won't load. (For some reason it didn't prompt me with a "would you like to allow this app.." message.)
Just to make sure, tell your friend to look into his Facebook settings > apps and check that the Graal FB application isn't blocked. If it is, tell him to remove it from his blocked app list.
This may be the problem cause my brother's account works on facebook with his facebook account let me check

I have experienced this before with an old computer, however when I left the bar to run it eventually loaded. Have you tried leaving it for a while? If anything this sounds more like a PC issue if none of the solutions above work.

You could always use https:// at the front as well, that always works when mine wont load. :P
Just keep refreshing, thats what I do.
Try deleting the app from the Facebook app list and re-add it. This worked for me in the past.
Could be a a game block. I had this same problem and I looked in game blocks for computer it says"blocked graal era for low memory problems" it was a lie and I got real mad. Try looking at blocked memory and games. "Facebook graal era to be exact"

It definitely sounds like a PC issue if these solutions aren't working. Clear any unneeded junk from your computer. The only solutions I can give you are,Quote:

Another tip, when I used to play from Facebook, is that sometimes the browers when updated can cause this. I would switch between google chrome and Firefox. At times they would both not work correctly with Era Facebook. The only fix I could manage was using an older version of the browser.
This is a PC issue all the things you told me i already have done. Thanks for your comments on trying to help it's ok if it doesn't work i'll have to stick with android though...
