Judgement of gangs

Sorry another sorta rant.

Ok so gangs always fun you can base and make some cool friends,however getting members to your gang can be a pain.now I've tried to recruit people with over 600 hours and I get a pm back saying "HA you have no hardly any base time" or someone saying "I'm not joining a noob gang".this has always baffled me ". How is a gang gonna grow or get more base time if no one joins,now I've recruited newer players but people make fun of them for being in a smaller gang so they don't wanna stay.

There are also there are the people that want to join ebi,grim,obi,gets,and gegs.but will not try to join any other gangs.which brings me back to my point,don't judge a gang by its hours judge it by how the peoe on it act.and if you arnt getting anywhere with a gang try and apply for any basing gangs they may want your help :)

I don't like to base but when I was noob about years I liked to base I got 20 hours by my self alone so try to effort

I realize what you realize right now. I have experience that also but an only advice is: Try to recruit your friends and ask them if they can help you. A friend is always there to help anytime. Another is try to recruit flag rusher noobs after you got a base for 5 minutes or more... Some pros will start joining you, thats what I did so my gang get hours. My quote is "Every Gang has Its Future" which means, every gang starts in a nub hour but every hard work and trust to your gang will make your gang get more hours. And another thing is, this thread must be in Gang Section.

This is why I would like to see sub gangs or allies who help capture a base get equally rewarded while the main gang holds the base. It would encourage people to form an alliance with other gangs and actually encourage people to start recruiting for their own gang.

I've said before, but I think the well known gangs benefit more and find it easier to find people soullessly on the fact they are popular. It goes to show if a gang is popular people are willing to help them out even if it results in them being kicked and not rewarded. Gangs like these end up creating sub gangs owned by themselves rather than forming alliances with other gangs, so it ends up in constant competition between these gangs and I don't think it should be this way.

I'd love to see more new gangs coming into the picture, but as you said, no one is willing to help a gang base if they have low hours or unpopular because they don't gain any benefit from doing so. I really believe this should be changed in a way that it encourages even the non pker to participate.

well i started off when i had 500 hours online, i was recruiting everyone i saw at lethal and i remember we even triple based once because had 20 online

Yes it is a problem for new gangs but what reason do more experience players have to join a new gang unless it is a friends gang or something. As has been said, get some friends to help and once you have more hours then more people will be willing to join you.

Well the way I see it is if you recruit somone while their online and when they have to go, they go offline still wearing you tag being a part of your gang, then people just kick them without even sending them a message saying "pm when back on so I can recruit" or Somthing on the lines of, that's how I would see as using somone to base

Gets still can get 15k gun skin, sk is dead, obs can still get 10k hat and 15k skin, ifreeze can still get 10k hat and 15k skin, navy is a new gang that havent even reached 4k yet and you say they have no rewards left. Next time before you post something pathetic, study the game a bit more before you do so

It is common knowledge that people get kicked. I would say every or almost every member we recruit knows that. That is why we have sub gangs, they get a sub gang before going offline so they can be recruited into main once back online.
The top gangs use that strategy because it means that basing can happen over many time zones. It is efficient and is proven to work.

Repeated enough.

First hrs don't matter, second check my basing guide I'm sure you can figure out why your having problems, third my definition of being used is when you get recruited and have given a lot of time to the gang and still see no progression.

I don't see how it's pathetic if you actually know a joined players view that player has nothing to gain from joining your weak gang which needs so many members to hold pz lol. That player which joins has nothing to gain except help the owner get his own selfish goals. Obs, and Ifreeze probably already have their members chosen for those hats and gun skins aren't really important anyone can join and take the skins easily like ebi they made that mistake of recruiting people then they would get the skin for bar leave and they still end up keeping it. Do your homework. If you don't understand my question don't bother answering. Point proven yogy don't act high and mighty you're pathetic after all.

I can easily answer that. Let's look at GETS. Players who have been ranked perm get a promotion to let's say co leader how many co leaders are there? Many. And they earn 10K reward that new co leader wouldn't be able to get the hat even with all the hard effort and time he put into the gang even more time and effort than the other co leaders which still end up getting that hat. Trust me it's happened before. It's simple and many players get used they put time and effort in the gang for nothing. They should make the decision to join gangs which need the help and assistance and most likely they'd be rewarded for their effort. Loyalty in gangs is #1 they place that in their rules yet most members who truly are loyal get kicked for "space" like Olirus said. I can see from a members view because I was a member of most gangs some members don't want to be in sub because it's not the original gang and subs are for people to use members

If we only had 25 permanent members then it would mean we could not base efficiently. Often those members would be spread over time zones leaving 3 or 4 on at a time. The current system works and if members feel that they are being used then they shouldn't join.

Well, you bring up a good point. There is no way that I know of to make the gang look professional enough, but, if you get some of your Real Life friends to join and get good guns, and base, then I would think that you would have a good chance of getting good people with a BAR or shipka to join and get those hours ranked up.

Ok make a gang and don't kick anyone who is offline and get more hours than the top gangs who use the strategy of temps and perms. You seem to think that it is easy.

It really is pretty much easy as long as they're active and loyal then they stay those are the only rules. Well also except for the fact that members get bored of basing and quit I won't say it's easy enough to get the the top nor the middle but get a pretty good amount of hours

Just rec every bar noob and walah top basing gang...pretty much what malestrom is

Without a rolling temp and perm structure you will be plagued by inactivity and low base hours. How can a gang be expected to achieve high base score without a dedicated system of almost 24/7 active players? Some gangs can get away with 25 members who stay in the gang but basing gangs will struggle to achieve anything efficiently.

I accidentally cancelled what I'm typing basically what I said was I own two gangs 1. 100+ hours 2. 300+ hours using my system it isn't that bad considering many people failed starting a gang using your statements system. Although I agree with your statement as i have done that back in my time with GETS they use people they kick people with ranks that's a reason why they aren't respected nor skilled. But my statement also includes players should think about starting their own future leading and basing new gangs so era gets more exciting. Lately it's just been "professional" gangs that base it's almost pointless joining them and gaining nothing for yourself. It's not being selfish as you can see the owners of the gangs are also selfish.
