When do people get the mining hat? which level?

Actually there are no mining hats... And nobody has one yet! And that about hat and rewards in mining were suggested really long time ago :p

This thread says what level.

You do not get the mining hat from leveling. At least not yet. Though I'm not sure there will be rewards for mining, it was just talked about. I think I'm the only one that has that hat, and it was for a specific reason.

I thought there was a mining hat because I knew Mystic had one, and I guess I assumed it was as a prize for a check mark in her mining level, which I knew was super high (comparatively to anything else I'd seen). Now, based on what's been said in this thread, I guess it was for something else, and I'm sorry if my post confused anyone.

there is one for digging. on that mask drew american flag but i an not sure is it still there.
