15 seems reasonable. Because it's difficult to actually kill someone who's using a bar in a no hit timer area.
But I prefer 18, don't drop it too much.
18 clip size and the same reload is fine.

its already been nerfed well the reload atleast. in the gani u take the clip all the way out now not just grabbing and pulling a bit.
