Fort killer improvements

I just thought about this idea,and instead of getting rid of forts,let's add this idea.
Instead of having the whole base fort killer,why not have certain spots where you must stand for kills to count.
Red circles can be found in bases when fort killer is active. There will be 3 big circles in the first room. To gain points for your gang,you must get your kills while standing inside the red circles. If they are all full,you must kill players standing in it to get in the spot. Each circle can hold about 6-7 people.

Now for the second/third rooms(if there are). They only have 2 circles,but these hold 8-9 people.
And for the flag room,you can score big points for your team. Stand in the red circle in the flag room can multiply your kills by two while in it. The flag room circle holds 1-2 people.
I had this idea to seperate fort killers and not have them spam the entrances/exits and so people can have a "chance" to base. What's the point of trying to take a base if you and your gang can't make it past the first room to try to move on to the flag.
I think this is a unique idea for people who would want to base and not get caught up with the fort killer so much. :)

No, this would make fort killers worse.

You should be able to heal. You should be able to use ec items. You should be able to use melees. You should be allowed to have the base and still be able to participate in the event.

The only thing that should remain the same is: no grenades/explosives.

Don't post saying things will get worse if you don't have a good point to back it up. And why should you have the base? It's fort killers,not basing. Basers should have the base,fort killers need to give basers space.

What I'm saying is, why should the gang controlling the base, not be allowed to participate in the fort killer? So what if they have the base. Having little red circles in the base where you have to go to kill people, would just ruin it even more.

People participate in fort killers for 2 reasons. 1. $$$$$$ reward. 2. Kills! So even though there would be people who do go to the circles, it's not going to stop the people who just come to fort killers to spam entrances and rack up kills.

^Well there kills won't count to fort if they stand in these circles and they won't get the money.

Anyways,this is an improvement for basers. Idc about fort killers,they need to get rid of it.

No. An improvement for basers would be allowing them to participate in the event.

The current fort killers is a nightmare for basers, it causes extreme lag and there are few things more annoying on era than fighting for a good while to secure a base to only be mobbed by pkers looking for cheap kills. Things need to change but I don't know if these suggestions will actually improve things. I still think that the pk arena should be expanded and fort killers be moved to a pk event there.

Yeah the pk arena needs to be used. I hate fort killers.

They should make maybe 4 more PK arenas, about the same size as the one we have now by Lethal. Also, while we're at it, make an extra tab on the map showing these PK arenas so players know where to go. This way there'd still be some idea of map variety while returning basing to it's original state, without Fort Killers door spam ruining a base every few hours.

If anything, we could turn this into a leveling competition to make the most fair and PK-worthy arenas...

Well I Do Agree with Collin But This is what i think they should do,

Make Fort Killers In the Zone territory ,
Well Make a Red Line and the Players must kill in The Zone territory To earn a point to the Fort Killer scores ,
For example Cop Land,
You only can kill inside that area Cop land Controls

It's a nice idea, but because of how revives work I can see this getting ugly real fast. Even if revive was diabled for the event, "zone defense" from people coming in like hospital would make things turn out just like they do in base. Also, if applied to other zones, it'd still get in the way of basing because people would be right in front of base doors.

No they don't need "more" pk arenas. They just need to use the one they have currently. Like admins send pk arena pm's to everybody saying to go pk arena. Then add like the same prize they do for forts...money. :)

You're right, as a start they should use the one arena we currently have. I'm just suggesting making more so we have map variety. They expanded forts from the 3 bases near start to all bases so there's more variety in it. Instead of cycling through the same ones over and over. If fort killer players get 4-5 new arenas, they wouldn't complain as much about being forced out of bases and into PK arenas.

I agree that that fort killers should be applied for the whole zone so many people can participate instead of crowding a base which causes too much lag and the space isnt enough...about the hospital and revive they just need to exclude the zone where these hospitals are located so people will still go to that zone where the fort event is going on to earn points

I think fort killers are fine how they are. We just need a timer and something that shows how many kills you got. Maybe something for the leader to see how many kills each member got. That would be great! Thanks

I like the idea of adding a timer and something that shows how many kills you got, but I'm gonna have to disagree with the fact that "fort killers are fine how they are." Why can't players heal? This allows for more strategic play like taking over a certain part of the base with gang members, and holding the position instead of going in base, spam, die, repeat.

I also don't see why gangs that are holding the base can't participate in the fort.

Having the gang holding the base not be able to participate is so stupid I cannot find words to describe it fully. What they have basically done is made life difficult for a gang by turning their base into a lag fest full of opportunistic pkers who care little for basing and then stuck 2 fingers up at the defenders by saying 'you now have a hard time and no reward or anything to show for it.'

Yep, I cannot agree anymore. There should be like a prize for holding the base also during then. Make it even more worth it.

Fort events sux...you cant even move inside the entrance when there so many dead bodies around...and what sux more is so many people shoots at respawn point...you get killed even before you can enter...they really need to do something about this

Haha I love how only BAW likes it how it is because his bar wielding crew wins every time through the attacking of spawn points and doors. I agree that holding the fort shouldn't count against you because it takes that much more skill to hold a base while hundreds of bullets are flying from dozens of rushing players. Ec weapons should be limited but only with the ac. Melees should be fine and so should healables. But, and I think someone already introduced the idea, we should instead focus on a kd ratio. It doesn't matter how many players you kill. It matters if you can kill without dying. All the gangs kills will be added up for the event and divided by the gangs total deaths. This way, the gang with the most skill is the winner, not the gang full of suicidal players. Now your kills will be negated if you exit the base while on a streak because that means you are just trying to keep your ratio up. Idk how houses and such work in basing but entering those also would negate your kills. Using a banned item (such as gas, gas launcher, grenades, ac, etc) will reduce the kills from your ratio by either 5 or 10. This way if you stop thinking for a second and whip out the ac in the heat of the moment, you don't dig your gangs grave. And when I say using I mean getting a kill by it except for gasses and grenades. That's just my standpoint. I'm rather noobish at the fort killers but I think they would be more fun if this idea was implemented
