Bending The Copyright Infringement Rule

unfortunately it seems unfair lately the way this game bends the copyright rules. For example when a player made a bleach hollow mask and it was submitted in the player hat shop it was allowed to be bought then immediately day later was removed, the mask in no way was copying any exact designs of any hollow mask in bleach. Meanwhile in the turtle park there is a turtle outfit which is similar if not identical to Crush from Finding Nemo. If we can rip off Disney Movies why cant we have other things as well like pikachu customs and so on. If not then why not enforce the rules accordingly, instead of letting a few people get away with it.

Whether admins are aware or not,they're many copyrighted hats/clothes.
Examples:
-Two hats in this one shop that look like Pikachu hat and Umbreon.
-Near the shovel shop,there's a shop with Yoshi's egg.

-There's a naruto looking cloak in Era Fashion I believe.

-Idk if I'm crazy but on this island,there's a shop beyond the mine which has that cat from Alice in Wonderland.

Plus many more....

It's okay. The reason we could not pay for other Copyright Uses, is because of the funding. We're trying to save up so we can get other stuff. So please. DONT attempt to make another thread.

How do you know that we copied the Disney character? And the one we have is a Forest Turtle not a Sea Turtle.

No but i find it retarded that a hat i buy gets deleted because it looks " too similar to an anime characters mask" meanwhile they have that stupid crap

Before this gets derailed(once again), copyrighting isn't an actual thing to worry about.
Most games you see have similar items/clothing etc. There's only a few items that are made on the game and most were removed due to players not knowing the rules of GFX. Infringements isn't a problem to games, I don't believe our server actually pays the real company for using their items for a game.

I'm aware that there are a few items that has similar looks and is still available.
The Akatsuki clothe has been here since 2011, the rest are just what I would call 'extras'.

you realize crush is a turtle. if they make a body that looks like a turtle, it doesnt mean that they freaking copyrighted every turtle character in existence.
