Admins=developers?

Sorry for a dumb question but really...i don't get it?I might probably get a lot of hate because of this thread but I do not really understand WHO creates the shops/maps(countryside,etc)and other major changes for graal.Admins?Really?The "volunteers"like Vendhin said?So apparently admins work on projects that do not even get them a profit in real life?So countryside is being made by "volunteers",a whole new map that will change the graal era forever is made by "volunteers",simple people whom main hobby is working on era projects.Where are developers?What are they doing?What are they making?In every single MMO that I played there were no admins,but developers.No one except developers was adding stuff,no one except developers was banning people.What about era?It means admins simply waste their time on a huge project like countryside without getting a single penny for that?Why developers never showed up in era and the other question,who is the mysterious"Stefan"?

Yeah the admins don't get paid. Admins are all the staff like PRs and also the developers.

doesnt snk get paid?

I don't think he does but I'm not sure.

Snk doe's not get paid! No one gets that's why the staff team like snk can do whatever he wants too. That's how they get paid they can controll the game more!

Managers do get paid, but Snk chose not to get paid, and just work on the server.

Admins are mainly the PR team who strictly help players and fool around (My perspective). Developers and members of the Gaini, Sfx, LAT, Gfx, Scripting teams. Now there are admins for those teams. like Gfx Admins. Gaini Admins, who help run the teams and hire/fire staff.

Gainis: They make all the animations you see in the game. From shooting a gun to sitting down. They combine frames to make a animation. The term "Gaini" Means graal animation.

LAT: They are level artists. While the tiles like floor and buildings are made by the GFX staff. They are the ones who use them to make "Levels" such as buildings. The insides/outsides/roads. The entire map is put together by the levels team.

GFX: They make all the heads/bodies/hats you see in the game (Well most of them) They also made the era tiles that the levels team uses. But they do not make levels.

Scripters: This team in my opinion is the hardest team. They work with gs2 I believe. They script the stats of a player. The status codes. Warps. ect. (Check out the LAT/GAINI/GFX/SCRIPTING sections for more info)

Snk does not get paid, he chose to volunteer as a manager for a very long time.
I believe he can change that decision anytime due to his hardwork. The rest of the staffs get free gold membership just for helping out/working for the game. And gold membership ain't cheap.

I am not trying to rush any project if you red my entire post.It's just I felt so pissed that admins are being rushed with countryside considering that they are not even getting paid even though it feels like admins are the only people who work on all era projects.Are these developers even working on such big projects or not?I mean Gaini,LAT,GFX,scripters,SFX members etc or they just let admins do all the hard work?

Yes, staff are voluntary members but it was their choice and they had to see it coming before applying. I really don't think they get rushed through these projects either, although I may be wrong. I don't really believe that staff should be paid either just due to their schedules and real lives. Developing for Graal certainly shouldn't be a job or even a career.

The era staff team is like this:

Regular staff (i.e. normal PR's, LAT's and GFX staff) and under the authority of an "Admin", who is the head of that department. For example Bulldogg and Ai are LATs that work under Coop. Wizardly is a PR that works under Kane, Layerd, Nyx and myself. The heads of the development team (GFX Admin, LAT Admin, Gani Admin, SFX Admin) work underneath the "Development Admin" who is HomelessWitch. The PRA's and HomelessWitch work underneath the Manager Snk.

Kinda lame that only one person is getting the money from this game, with how big the player base is now they should have a dedicated dev team that gets paid for all their hard work. That's how most MMOs work anyways

Graal Kingdoms management pay their developers, but you're right - it's kind of unfair that some amazing artists see no money. The staff work for free because they love the game :(
