PK Fort Rules

I'm sure most of you know how my gang GPN used to be one of top fort gangs. But after Gst we decided to stop. We decided to come back after a few months to find ourselves defeated over and over again. Honestly we were confused about what we were doing wrong. Apparently we were told by multiple players that there have been added rules to fort. Things mentioned were:
1) no healing
2) no holding a base during fort
3) no ec weapons of any kind.
4) no melees
5) no throwables that could potentially kill (i.e petrol bombs)
I was really confused whether these were true or not as I do not recall any official thread stating these. If there was can someone please direct me towards it. Our fort style was very traditional and so we pretty much "broke" all these new rules and therefore never seemed to win. We used to always use an artillery cannon whilst holding the base during fort as this seemed to be the most effective style of forting as we would both be able to have an advantage of walking through doors as well as gaining multiple kills with the big blast damage of the AC. But apparently this is no longer allowed with no official thread having been put forward (as far as i know).

yeh ikr its relly confusing this is the reason why i dont do fort events anymore

EC weapons are not allowed such as Gas launcher, AC, flamethrower(not sure about Luger since it's a normal gun).
Healing melees are also not allowed, but I don't understand why healing isn't allowed. Does it even delete your total kills each time you heal?

The only problem I have with this is when was actually announced? by who? and where?

Add fort to guerre

Yeah. Suka, asked a gun admin for me, if Ac was allowed. The gun admin said yes. But, I'm stil very confused. These are questions I would want snk to answer in a forum. I too fort, and I was very succesful. I was gone for 15 days. My gang DeviantFortKill has gotten a couple fort wins now that I'm back. I haven't been back long. Maybe two weeks. But I age also been lazy cx! But I'm going to attend forts as much as I can. It's actually not to hard going back up. The FORST one when I got back, we got first place.

I think it's lame that you can't heal, or use ec weapons for that matter.

They need to get rid of fort killers completely and stick to pk arena. -_-
Stupid fort messes up basing.

They had told me that if you are owning the base (have the "flag") your kill does not count. And also can someone explain me how the "no healing" rule works?

I agree with this. At first I enjoyed the fort killers but they cause so many problems. One being the rules not being clear, no one knows what they can actually do. Also they are far too laggy, once you die you are almost frozen by lag when you respawn by the mass of bullets coming from pkers outside the base. I think they should stick to using the pk arena and maybe even adding extra arenas or something to accommodate it.

And why can't you count kills if you hold base? You have control over it and they're coming into YOUR base.

You can disable Forts messages from the Options menu if you dont want Fort PMs.

I was gonna say that.

Wtf will disabling pm's do? We are talking about how they are messing up basing smart one. Ugh. -_-;

Have you read anything that anyone said? The messages are not the problem, the problem is the event itself.

LG,you should know by now that when admins/global mods do that,they don't read even read. They just come up with a stupid answer and try to end the conversation. They don't like it when we think one of their ideas is a screw up.
Just look at the PBP/Bar. So many threads saying get rid of it. But they just ignore and say something dumb.

Forts are too tiring every fort gang will stop sooner or later and definitely add forts to guerre they have it too easy the only base that doesnt have a fort.

Lmao i wouldnt mind if forts were here or not like i said in the last post every gang that forts will stop :D mine was one so i rarely do forts but if they do continue guerre needs to experince it. *Evil look staring contest* :D

Get rid of forts. Burn it. I rather have pk arena get a huge expansion.

If Jeni sees this, she'll most likely add a thread in FAQs and Guides about this; I'm sure of it.

I love forts. Don't stop them that would be dumb.

We really need to know fort rules from a hight staff admin :(

Well this is an old thread but.. has any rules even actually been added anywhere where players can actually see it and understand how fort even works?

ac is allowed, melees are allowed, bombs are allowed, and kills do, in fact, count when u have the base, too.

I don't know if this has been discussed already, buy I want to know the rules for the PK events.

you can use all guns and weapons but only inside base. gang with most kills inside base that was chosen gets reward. thats all.

So if you kick someone out the gang, do you lose the kills they made?

Wait... it's not? I swear that i see the winning gangs using flames? 0.0?

i only know the rule long time before every gang was saying like this no heal, no melee, no bomb, no ec items and no flag
and i thought that was real so when they ask why, i tell em after u heal, ur kill after u heal are not COUNTED xD and now i know i did wrong haha
