Again era???? Am I the only person that actually READS the upload rules? Not the rules in the actual place but on the forums. I also do recall it saying No mermaid bodies. Every body must have two legs. Yes I reported her when I really should be reporting the admin that approved it. >:(

This is a complete abuse of power and is quite frankly corruption at its finest, how DARE they make a mistake, actually I bet it wasn't even a mistake! I bet the people payed the admins to let their customs go through! Yes that's it! I want a full refund of whatever I've spent on era as its too corrupt!

First of all, there was a previous thread talking about the same problem! So please don't create multiple threads for the same problem, you could post a reply on the previous one.Plus, all staff have these customs, not only pengu, they can upload them, like the turtle custom or the kitty custom, etc(I don't think it is forbidden for them)!And finally, about silverstream, her custom doesn't look illegal, I mean the pony custom, it clearly has 2 legs and that's the needed part!But for the mermaid girl I think that her custom needs to get refunded.
Anyway you can ask any previous or actual experienced player relations(like Ace,Jeni...) or player relations admin and they can give you better and clearer answers on your problems!
Your statement is drawn far from the line, Pengu, as seen in the picture, has a custom that IS copyrighted. As Mikey stated, Admins think they are above the players and think they can upload such customs that break the uploading rules. Attachment 16486Quote:

If an admin has a copyright body or head.. yes, it's more likely they'll get sued. Only, if someone tells them or emails them, that Graal is using their Copyright animations or such. I believe a PRA, should remove these such customs. Breaking rules, abusing powers, and yes, breaking the law. Not against Pengu, she's my friend, just thinking what she has done is putting Graal, TOMBSTONE, server in jeopardy. Not only for Pengu, for all the others with copyright customs. There will be a snitch on iEra, sending an email to the owner of the copyright and Graal will get sued. Just take these customs off, the fun is over.
