i agree that that would be neat, but i think that would be kind of odd on a body xD
Try not to use solid black outlines inside of your hands, it is a big no no. Why don't you try replace the black with a darker shade of skin colour. They look pretty good though, maybe try adding another shade to them? It might enhance the look of them a bit :) I also see you used a slightly darker shade to outline the inside of the black, it is not really noticeable, but I would try to refrain from doing that. Also, AA and a small amount of selout could make the hands look better? That's entirely up to you though.
