It depends which graal you want. If you want the pc version you go to one of the graal download sites which will redirect you to a which one you want to download etc. if your wanting to play 'Era' ios version, you go onto facebook, like era page and find an option saying Playthrough facebook. Im sort of confused what you want.. To play era ios version you simply go to facebook. The one you want, try searching 'Graal Era pc download'.
Yes, the Graal PC client is accessible by everyone.
However, a normal player, like you and me can not access iEra Server.
Staff members can connect to the iPhone server with the Graal Client.
There isn't a simple/known way of running iEra on PC as an executable file if you are a regular player.
