You don't grow abs. Abs really aren't an accomplishment. But if you want them, I recommend doing alot of sit-ups.
I am doing it everyday.
Anyone can reply. Don't be shy because this is for health and lifestyle.
Yeah, do sit-ups.
Ten after each time you eat.
I say ten for you cuz you sound like you're 12.
I personally do thirty, but if you want to try twenty, go ahead.
Protein, exercise routine, don't skip a day.
...
First off protein wont make you stronger. Dont fall into the stereotypes of "i drink protein shakes so I'll get shredded". There's 2 parts to getting a stronger more defined body. First off is your diet. Depending on what your willing to spend you may want to look into some nutrition plans. If you personally cant afford to buy super healthy foods and such just try to focus on not eating junk ( cut out un-needed sugars and fats) and try to eat balanced meals. Your diet is a major part in achieving a more defined and strong body. The other half of the eqaution is exercise. If your just trying to cut out fat, focus on cardio. If your looking to increase muscular strength you may want to invest in a gym membership or personal weights, however this isnt needed. There are plenty of at home exercises one can do to strengthen their bodies, it just takes time, hardwork and dedication.
Just exercise more and eat lesser unhealthy food.
The amount of intake you gotten should be lesser than the amount of workout outtake you're doing.
It's a balance of left & right but you need to time it well in order to get really fit. Eating more healthy food can really make a huge impact on you, so I suggest consuming less.
Such an interesting topic to discuss in era-go forum...
Having protein shakes isn't a necessity, consuming protein is though. Personally I hate protein shakes, so I consume protein through certain foods. I personally don't know great general workouts as I do workouts for baseball. Another thing to add to sit-ups is using a medicine ball. You could do it with a partner or something to sit the ball up on. When you go up, hand the ball to your partner or whatever your setting it on then go down. Then when you come back up pick it up and repeat.
The key is persistence. I suggest going to the gym everyday, and if you're looking to grow muscle, and get 'ripped', you should follow a plan. I've been on Steve Cooks 'Big Man on Campus' plan for the past little while now and it's done a lot for me, it's a great beginning point. You can find it here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/find-a-plan.html
To be a gym douchebag or not to be, that's the question
We have a lot of proteins. Vegetable, rice, pork, fish, meat, chocolate, candies, water, energy bar and etc. Since I don't use them to do something and eat them a lot of time I get fat.
It's you're, and you sound and act like you're ten years old.[/QUOTE]
Lol. You dont 'get more muscles' from drinking protein. All protein will do for you is help you gain mass. The muscles come from how much work you put in during your exercises. All I said was working hard will build the muscle, and eating right will make it show.
Eat healthy, Protein, Lots of Vietnamese food, workout, jog every morning, and be active.
too much work -_-
This will make you stronger:
