It's caused by lag, try to re-install the game. Maybe it'll help, but why the image? I had to squint to read it.

It happened When i had no Sd card in my phone. Its working now with an sd card.

Older devices tend to have this problem, but like everyone else said, clear all data and reinstall the game, if you have a old phone get a upgrade. If your phone is in date, contact a developer.
