You make it look like a round tank, is it supposed to be glass with green goo?
If so, draw a glass tank. Inside of it, add green goo in it. Not full, for overload, but 3/4 of the tank.

There was a quite few problems with the pink football hats I just want to point out, Firstly the lineart, It looks very un-symmetrical judging by the looks of a real life football hat here.Quote:

Noting that I used Anti Aliasing to make the lines look a bit more smoother, but! I purposely added banding which is a bad habit of mine, but I like the way it came out, Your shading could use a bit more work because it looks very bland and flat, only having a lightsource making it look like its a bit flat on the top.
I don't really do criticism as much as I did here it just took me 2 minutes (exact time measurements) to edit your work, you could study a bit more about pixel art by googling tutorials on google.
