Because tables are already overun by people who just hold tables for no reason. If it didn't cost it would be 10x worse.
You should be happy, because between 2013-2014 it costed 100 gralats to trade.
Being previously mentioned, some people just hog the tables and never leave. And please be mindful where you decide to make your threads next time. Wrong section.

That's wrong. Depending on where you trade things, you can pay taxes, or worse being auction fees, which are 20-30% of the highest bid. It's realistic if you ask me.Quote:

There's over 3,000 era players and about 4 trade table places. There has to be a fee to keep it balanced out between all the eranians.

People will be hogging the tables non-stop and players will get mad at each other because of it. Chances of players not getting a table at all.
