All the Graal client is not connect-able. Including Graal PC Client, which means staffs can not log in too

These happens to me too a while ago, the moment i cant recruit my friend to my gang and realized that i had no gang. Checked the gang list but none was there. So i tried to re log then the banner shows up *~*
