I'd like to get everyone's opinions for things we can improve on in 2016. What would you like to see changed and what do you think would make Era a better server? This can include graphics, game play, levels etc. anything really.

Dont get hacked that easy, like today. The bad thing is the hacker was a nice guy and i talked to him, if u were near him u got no lagg but u see everyone else lag and it was kinda funny i guess XD. But still it suxs for the other player`s, so security improvements would by nice :) (It was John R. i think c: )
Be able to refund guns
Midnight Killers have been waiting for crypt reward since November. So faster reward system maybe.

I like all the updates and quests that have been getting released. Make sure they will last though like Slimmy said.

@ Coster & Fuze, I will check into what the hold up is on Crypt. I wasn't aware no one was rewarded yet. I will also add that to the list about the reward system, ty.
@ Slimmy, what kind of permanent updates would you like to see? We plan to start in 2016, focus more on permanent updates instead of temp holiday items etc.
Perfect, probably things like updating outdated buildings, or adding small permanent quests.

Anyways, I think what I'd love to see in 2016 is well.. more mature staff.
Entertainment. Open up Comic Club, Theater, Z-Room, etc. What happened to the good old days? Come on!
As I said before in a thread, I think there should be holiday item limits and make the quests a bit more challenging.
Basically, in order to open the holiday shop, you'll have to do a quest that will be open for 4-6 hours and you'll receive a piece of a key. It'll be 1/4 of a key. Hence, you need to be do 4 quests to complete the key. One quest per day.
If player doesn't finish the key, because they weren't on or busy that day, then too bad for them. Boo hoo. I'd love this game to have a little challenge, but a challenge that won't hurt our heads.
After completing the key, you must "glue" it together, therefore the man in any weaponry shop will help you for $300.
Holiday Shops will sell all the items, but a player can only buy one. Limiting the items will make them rare.
Enfy would like it, I would, too. It'll be like old times. A crab dagger was a rare. Now? Not like before.

I would recommend sending a death threat to Unixmad to upgrade the servers, as well as adding more things to make iEra similar to PC Era; such as MVP Coins, Bank accounts, ATM's, Losing half your money when you die, dropping (Drop responsibly), wood cutting, fishing, revive old events, and hire more responsible admins.

As many people have stated, there are a few admins who do not take there roles seriously. Perhaps have a re-think about the current staff team.
Change the Hiring system. Whether there is or is not bias, There should be 3 stages to the hiring system.
The first stage should be the scenarios and Iera knowledge questions. If they succeed, they should be emailed with the personal information application.
Finally, they should be tested to see whether they are worthy.
I would like to see the V.I.P resurrected. Come on, I remember when Lollo used to release awesome VIP's now nobody really cares to the point that items are released seasonally. Improve the VIP!
As far as I see things, Iera is slowly growing and if you do not update the severs, there will be more lag abusers. If you want the community to grow more rapidly improve the servers or do something to Minimize the lag. (Check out my lag abusers thread).
This way Gun game can be hosted more times.
Please can we have a new event this year (Preferably not a race).
Bring back the Facebook screenshot achievements.
When getting hired for development positions such as, LAT, GANI, and others you have to pass some tests and go through training for a month or so before getting hired. So they do put a lot of thought into that, im not sure about Player Relation though.Quote:

But other than that I'd like to see something unique in regards to the way quests and events have been approached recently as well as a change to the current reputation system(which serves absolutely no purpose at the moment).
Gang points please like rewards on how many hours you based in a base for example I base in Gz for 100 hours maybe I can purchase a reward for 100 basing points
More quality-of-life improvements like the gang ranks update instead of just new content. That one thread asking for colored indicators in place of nicknames would be one example.
Option for gang members being able to give out ranks and gang rights.
Less hackers , Improve old places like event house.. Actually do something with the theater and comedy club? More stores, better music for the game (Gangster based game so why not add some Gangster type beats or something close to some intense music that makes the game better) fix the language scripting so even when there's isn't a cuss word it dosent say "please don't rude words" when there clearly isn't... More payment in jobs, create more Gangster typed jobs (use yur imagination what did gangsters do when Al capone was alive?Bootlegging and today's society alcohol brewing is legal but back then it wasn't soooo.... U know throwing it out there..) make it more of a gangster themed game like how its suppose to be
Potentially upgrade the server so it can hold more players without lagging. This'll be useful for when countryside finally is released.
Also, one newspaper every single saturday, featuring new sections and returning sections (randomizing each time)
