Anyway what he's saying isn't wrong, Midnight Killers crypt reward hat is missing the entire top part and in addition to this there are some members who did not get any reward.
I've talked to some members from handcuffs and they told me they also have a problem with the hat.

We got a problem here. they're working on crypt rewards, countryside, multiplex, gang center, and more. The situation is, too much to do, so it takes more time to get them all done.
Don't multitask, get your current stuff done, then move on to the next thing.

So, we have been given time to edit our hat for a new top part or add a new hat. If we can pixelate the hat within 1-2 weeks we can get it fast else we might have to wait again.
