Hello, I was wondering if someone could give me the MOST current stats of the electric staff. I hear the melee is now only 1 damage, and does melee damage scale with the weapons "rusty-ness"?

Stats that was posted for quite some time. I'm not sure if it has been ninja nerfed or anything as we weren't notified. The only way to know is to ask those that frequently use the electric staffQuote:

The Water staff has an advantage because of its faster reload time, but the Electric staff has the upper hand because of the Electricity effect.
